Came here for a waxing and was a bit nervous because I am not used to it. The staff at reception was very kind, because of a slight delay with the scheduled appointment they offered me a drink and to have also my hair styled, which I refused. The therapist Nadia was amazing, she has silk hands and it didn’t hurt not even for one moment. I guess the products they use must be high quality so thank you very much for that! I highly recommend this place for waxing!

Went there for the first time, based on good reviews on google. I booked cut with the salon manager, but normal staff was ready to do my hair. I needed to remind them what have I booked. Michael is a professional guy, I can say he knows what he was doing, however a bit in a rush. I had a feeling he wanted to do all quickly. he jabbed me once or twice with his comb or scissors :) However I would come back to him. Then, I went to do my nails- gel manicure. Very disappointed. I was charged 27pounds for a manicure without any soak, any quick hand massage. All done quickly and I visited better places for nails in this price! In the end I was adviced to use hand cream. Last thing. I sent the deposit as required, then I was charged full price at the till! I needed to call and ask, why! Too many little things to be corrected.
