I brought a washing machine from here not to long ago, and a chap called Kyle was extremely helpful. Very polite and a good listener, arranged the delivery and everything, as they do, there was no problem till the delivery, :-O the guys that brought it to the house "couldn't plum it in" and part of the lid at the back was broken, I've had to go back to the shop to get it sorted. Luckily a guy at the team know how counter managed to cancel and re-order it with delivery just in time for Christmas. Well done guys xx

They are probably alright. My Nan told me she wouldn't trust them with her budgie !? But then Uncle Denzil reckons they are sick, meaning great, and the best thing since Walnut Whips, and says they should be awarded the George cross medal ? As you can imagine, when Nan and Uncle Denzil are together, we can't mention Regional Repair Centre as an argument ensues. Last Christmas we had to separate them, when they started wrestling on the parlour floor ! Uncle Denzil should know better, Nan was in Special forces during the war and could rip his head off, if she so chose to ! !! 😲😬🙄

Went to richer sounds earlier today to purchase a Yamaha subwoofer as my old one had died on me. I was talking to the guy and I explained to him how I brought a Pioneer 5.1 speaker package from RS a few years back but the sub had just died and wouldn't work so I needed to buy a new one. Stephen (the guy serving me) then pointed out a more expensive Cambridge Audio SX120 sub and offered me £20 off beens as my old one had died and was purchased from them. I think this is fantastic customer service as he went above and beyond what I expected and explained the new sub to me fully. I got a discount and a better subwoofer. fantastic & I hope he reads this :)
